Hi all!  Thanks for stopping by!  As the name implies, my name is Cece (short for Allyce; pronounced uh-lease 🙂 ).  This is where I share my recipes and tips for staying healthy and fit while on the go.  As someone who has been described as a person who “doesn’t like to sit still”, I know a thing or two about incorporating home-cooked meals into a busy lifestyle that are both healthy and delicious!

I work full time as a pharmacist, with an additional consulting pharmacist job on the side, previously working regular shifts as an intermittent pharmacist at another hospital, now assistant coaching a high school volleyball team, being active in a women’s volunteerism and development group, working out regularly, and playing in multiple sand volleyball leagues throughout the year.  Thus, the name of this blog was born.
